Examples:

  • (I / finish) my homework, so I can relax now. ==> I’ve finished my homework, so I can relax now.
  • (She / never / take) piano lessons. ==> She’s never taken piano lessons.
  • (you / ever / go) skiing? ==> Have you ever gone skiing?
